cold pool bathroom service
The pool wasn't very warm . I also discovered there was another pool on a different floor, but I had to be staying on that specific floor to use it. The bathroom was cleaned, but they never refilled the shower gel after it was empty! It was strange, especially since I was there for several nights with my family, bathroom service wasn't good!

This place has an excellent location and a supermarket next door proved very convenient. my modern room was super clean with daily housekeeping. the staff were kind. I appreciated their assistance.

thin walls bad coffee
The hotel location was decent enough. The USB ports next to the bed were actually useful for charging devices, I guess.
The noise level was quite annoying. I could hear other guests constantly. The walls seemed thin, and every footstep or furniture movement upstairs was audible. the breakfast was disappointing. I expected a better spread, but the coffee was notably bad, and it was like I was eating hospital food.

a satisfactory stay
clean room spacious balcony freshly cooked food tiring walk english understanding spanish entertainment
the room was cleaned daily it was well maintained. i had a city view room and it was spacious with a lovely balcony. breakfast was busy but food was freshly cooked and to a good standard.
the hotel is closer to old town than the part with bars i found this a tiring walk every night. the staff struggled with english. the entertainment was mainly for spanish guests.

great location theme night
I found the location convenient. A supermarket right next door was a great help for grabbing essentials. I also appreciated its proximity to the beach. The hotel offered theme nights for dinner. Each night featured a different cuisine, with choices.
The pool area had limited sunbeds. It sometimes made finding a spot challenging, especially during peak hours.

nice room large balcony good breakfast
The room size was nice and the balcony was large. The hotel is modern. Our room was high up and not always in the shade. I found breakfast to be good with plenty of choices.
The staff was not very helpful.
